Shiatsu is a Japenses massage technique which has been used succesffully
for centuries. During this one hour introductory workshop Treeline Chalets yoga clients will have the opportunity to massage each other using
shiatsu techniques for the back, neck, shoulders and arms. This is a
great tonic for stress and will help your Chi to flow easily once more,
leaving you feeling re-energised.
Bev at Morzine Massage will lead the session, walking you through every technique and giving you time to practice on each other.
